How many titles can I have in my Cart?
You can have up to 15 titles in your My Cart. To remove a title, click the 'remove' link.
How long will titles stay in my Cart?
Titles are removed from your Cart after 30 minutes.
How many titles can I check out?
You can have up to 3 titles checked out at one time.
How long do I get to keep titles I check out?
Lending periods vary from title to title.
How many titles can I place on hold?
You can place up to 4 titles on hold at a time.
When a hold becomes available, how long is it held for?
We will email you when a title is available. The title will be held for 5 days after the time the email is sent.
What is the 'My Account' page?
The 'My Account' page has links you can use to access your account information.
What is the 'My Items Out' page?
The 'My Items Out' page lists the titles you currently have checked out. You can re-download titles from this page.
What is the 'My Waiting List' page?
The 'My Waiting List' page lists the titles that you have on hold. An 'Add to cart' link is shown for any title available to check out.
